Banana Omelette

Paleo Banana Omelette

Ingredients
2 Teaspoons Coconut Oil
3 Eggs
1 Banana
Cinnamon

Method
Crack and mix eggs well in a bowl
Slice banana
Place 1 teaspoon of oil into a frypan over medium heat
Pour the ggs into the frypan
Gradually cook the eggs, lifting the edges with a spatula, allowing the uncooked egg to run underneath and cook
When most of the egg is cook, flip it to finish off the top
Once cooked through, put it on a plate
Place the 2nd teaspoon of coconut oil into the frypanFry the banana slices
Whilst they’re frying, sprinkle with cinnamon
When ready, to your liking, place them on top of the omelette Enjoy!
